1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using XtreamREAL services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
XtreamREAL provides technology infrastructure services including cloud and dedicated server hosting with pre-installed IPTV panel management software. We are strictly a technology infrastructure provider.
We do not sell, distribute, provide, or stream any television channels, IPTV streams, or any copyrighted content whatsoever. Our service is limited to server hardware and panel software infrastructure.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use XtreamREAL services only for lawful purposes. You must not use our infrastructure to:
- Distribute, re-stream, or resell copyrighted content without proper licensing
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws
- Transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content
- Engage in denial-of-service attacks or network abuse
- Violate the intellectual property rights of any third party
You are solely responsible for all content and activity on your server. XtreamREAL bears no responsibility for how you use the infrastructure provided.
4. Copyright Compliance
XtreamREAL takes copyright compliance seriously. If you use our servers to distribute copyrighted material without proper authorization, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your service and report violations to relevant authorities.
5. Payment & Billing
All fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are listed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are provided at our sole discretion within 7 days of initial purchase.
6. Service Level Agreement
We target 99.9% uptime for all cloud servers. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance. Credits for downtime exceeding SLA thresholds are issued as account credit only.
7. Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
XtreamREAL's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the most recent billing cycle. We are not liable for lost data, lost profits, or consequential damages.
